How it works

At Nights Under Canvas we understand each event is unique; if you're planning your dream wedding, children’s party, unforgettable private party or glamping holiday, we have a range of packages for every occasion. All of our beautiful Bell Tents are made of breathable cotton canvas and fully waterproof canvas which means your event can still take place in rainy conditions.
1) Decide which Bell Tent hire package fits your event, how many tents you require, the number of adults/children and if you need any special requirements/extras. 
(Camping & Glamping Holidays, Parties & Sleepovers, Wedding Accommodation & Events)
2) Call us with your holiday/event dates to check the availability of our luxury bell tents. We will then provisionally reserve your tent (s) 
3) Book your pitch directly with the campsite, ensuring it is a suitable site for our Bell Tent(s). Please tell them that ‘Nights Under Canvas’ will be erecting your luxury bell tent. Please ensure you have paid for your campsite pitch in advance before booking with us. (Where to stay). For all other locations i.e home gardens, event venues, just let us know where.
4) We will send you a booking form via email to complete. To secure the booking we ask for a 50% deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your rental, plus we ask for a £125 returnable ‘bond'. See our Ts & Cs for more information.
5) Sit back and start counting the days
6) We will contact you a week before your event to confirm a suitable time to set up our Bell Tent(s) which may be dependent on you and your guest’s arrival times and weather/ground conditions.

Booking

If you need advice on where to stay in Pembrokeshire, Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion or on the Gower, we work with some great campsites in South West Wales situated off the beaten track, let us know on our inquiry form.
50% of the Total Hire Charge is required to be paid with your booking as a Deposit Payment. The remaining balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your rental, plus we ask for a £125 returnable 'bond'. The ‘bond’ is returned in full no later than 7 days after the final day of rental. For full Terms and Conditions click here. We reserve the right to charge extra deposits for Hen and Stag hires.

How much space do I need for a Nights Under Canvas Bell tent?
To host one of our 5m Bell Tents, your venue will need a footprint of 7m diameter
What if I have loads of trees?
We cannot pitch tents directly underneath a tree, in case of damage to the canvas.
What sort of surface is needed for a Bell Tent?
Ideally a turfed and dry level site, unfortunately we cannot accommodate surfaces of decking, artificial lawn or patio as a pitch site for your bell tent.
What are the set up /take down times?
Check-in is usually from 3pm on the first day of rental until 12pm on the last day of rental.
